Because each of our products is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please carefully review your order details before finalizing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Proof: Provide clear photos of the defect/damage, along with your order number.

 

Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will either:

Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Incorrect size selection.

Change of mind.

Minor variations in color, print placement, or texture due to the made-to-order process.

Wear and tear from normal use.

 

Cancellations Due to our made-to-order process, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are submitted.
